For years this beautiful Manor house in Green Point, has been owned by the same family and lovingly restored to its original beauty in a way only a proud family can. A Victorian house with high pressed ceilings, working fireplaces, and solid oregan pine floors. Braeside will welcome you in grand old style.

A question of variety …

Braeside, originally a single guesthouse, now offers the flexibility of two separate guesthouses on either side of Braeside Road. This gives us the ability to accommodate large groups or families with a need for privacy! Different styles in all the rooms that you can sleep in an environment tweaked to your taste.

A question of comfort …

All the rooms are large and luxurious with en-suite bathrooms. Tea and coffee making facilities in each room, with breakfast being served in the dinning room. The outer courtyard and private patio, replete with koi pond offer the perfect escape on a hot summer afternoon.

A question of flexibility …

Cape Town is a hive of activity throughout the year, and Braeside is perfectly situated to give you easy access to the City, the V&A Waterfront, Seapoint and a selection of beautiful beaches. Walk to a variety of excellent restaurants and pubs, while your vehicle rests safely in ample off-street parking.
