Better still, why not take breakfast on the terrace where you can watch Cape Town come to life while you contemplate the day to come over your morning tea or freshly brewed coffee. Businessmen and early risers will be pleased to know that at De Waterkant Place Guest House breakfast is delivered between 7 and 7:30 depending on the season. Vegetarians will be accommodated with pleasure so please advise us of your preference prior to your arrival at the guesthouse.

Winter or summer, De Waterkant Place Guest House remains comfortable and inviting. During Cape Town's hot summer months, large colonial sash windows and ceiling fans keep the breeze circulating through the Guest House rooms and common areas. In the more cosy Cape Town winters, De Waterkant Place Guest House offers snug accommodation with individually controlled under floor heating. The thick white towels and 100% cotton bedding are of the highest quality and add an element of seductive comfort to your stay.

On the top floor of the Guest House you might choose to unwind on a soft leather couch with a book, or take in the fresh air on one of the balconies. This is the perfect spot to relax any time of the day. You could share
sundowners or a BBQ while you bask in Cape Towns' friendly South African sunshine or watch night fall on the city.
