OUR HISTORY

In 1995 the owner saw the need for reliable transport, specifically in the tourism section and hence Western Cape Coach Rentals was founded. Western Cape Coach Rentals was formed on sound business principles. Reliability, honesty and affordability are the principles, which led to the enormous growth of the business over the past eight years.

The owner’s motor amounts to the expression: “If everyone has to work, one might as well make it enjoyable for each other”. His enthusiasm is infectious and spreads throughout the team at Western Cape Coach Rentals.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to continuously give our existing clients the excellent service they have become accustomed to, as well as to constantly expanding our client base.

WORKSHOP

Although most of our coaches are new and therefore under guarantee, we pride ourselves on our fully equipped workshop on our premises. Our safety record is impeccable due to highly qualified staff that lovingly cares for our coaches. Safety checks are done frequently and before every departure. Maintenance services are done on time and per kilometre.

SAFETY

Together with our insurance company, we offer all of our passengers a comprehensive Passenger Liability Insurance Cover.

Our bigger luxury coaches carries a R100 million cover and on our smaller luxury coaches R50 million cover, within the boundaries of South Africa, Namibia, Swaziland, Botswana and Mozambique.

OUR DRIVERS

We are extremely proud of our drivers as they have contributed to the success of the company and are still doing so by providing a personal, yet excellent professional service to all passengers. They are well known for their friendliness and willingness to go “the extra mile”.

They are fully qualified with the necessary permits, Pdp’s and short/long distance service records. Furthermore they have a thorough knowledge of the geographical layout of our beautiful country, which ensures a memorable and ever lasting trip experience.

A coach is allocated to a driver and bears the responsibility of taking care of the coach interior and exterior.

OUR NORTHERN BRANCH

Due to the increasing demand from clients, the decision was made to expand the business by opening a second branch in the Northern Region of South Africa. Since the opening earlier this year, no one has looked back and we are very much pleased with the growth.
