Short/Long/Interim Letting We work in close contact with corporate companies, relocation agencies and private individuals, assisting them in finding appropriate, select accommodation for executives and their families. We are there to guide and advise them from the initial search to drawing up and signing of the lease agreement. We are based in Hout Bay and operate in the whole of the Atlantic Seaboard, Southern Suburbs (including Constantia and Bishopscourt) and the winelands.

Other services offered by us are sourcing of properties to purchase throughout the Cape, guiding our clients through every aspect of the legal and financial requirements needed to acquire property here as well as organising bond/mortgage lending. We then offer an ongoing service of the total management of your property in your absence, leasing it should you require an additional income. As we operate essentially as a ‘buyers' agent, we are also searching for exceptional properties for our extensive portfolio of national and international purchasers.
