Marimba has drawn on some of the country's finest talent to create a world-class dining experience, which reflects African origin as well as Cape Town's global energy. Dinner at Marimba is a celebration of fabulous food and exceptional music as Marimba features a sophisticated live music programme with background ambient dinner jazz Monday - Saturday from 8-10 and lively dance music from 10pm. Open six nights a week for dinner and from Monday to Friday for lunches.

FOOD Executive Chef Lindsay Venn has combined with experiences creating a unique fusion between African and global flavours. Enjoy dishes like Chermoula Spiced Springbok Carpaccio served with Moroccan humus & game chips, or Lavender and Honey Glazed Duck Breast on a warm sticky rice roll & Thai greens.

ENTERTAINMENT Not only does the privately-owned Marimba restaurant boast a menu inspired by flavours of the world, they also pride themselves on a diverse sophisticated music menu with dancing encouraged. Their mix of renowned international and local musicians brings the ultimate dinner/dance Jazz & Blues experience to life in Cape Town.

CIGAR BAR The refined style of Marimba is echoed in the exclusive adjoining Marimba Cigar Bar, which features Cuba's finest cigars complemented by Cape wines, award winning Calitzdorp ports, a wide selection of single Malt whisky and Marimba's unique range of cocktails, which celebrate marula, Cape cognacs and more.
