WHAT IS PICK ‘N PAY HOME SHOPPING? It's a safe and convenient way to shop for groceries over the internet or via our Call Centre phone and fax service – without leaving the comfort of your home or office. You can buy almost everything that you would expect to find in your local Pick ‘n Pay at the same prices. You decide when and where you want your groceries delivered, whether it be to your office, home or even a holiday address – as long as it's in a Pick ‘n Pay Home Shopping delivery area. Delivery is from 09H00 until 10H00, Mondays to Fridays and from 09H00 until 17H00 on Saturdays. If we don't deliver your goods at the time you specify, we'll pay the delivery fee. There is a delivery fee of R35-00, with no minimum order. Goods will be delivered in the same condition as they leave our shelves. You can even select substitutes should items not be in stock? Goods can be returned or collected if you are not happy with them and we will credit you credit card. Payment is with credit card and selected debit cards only.
