Description
Royal Cape, South Africa's oldest club, established in Cape Town in 1885 – a prestigious championship course of flat parkland and an ideal introduction to golf in the Cape. Famous for its superb scenic beauty, but also known to be windy and difficult to play, although the ferocity of the wind is tempered slightly by the many trees that line the fairways.
Location: Royal Cape is situated in Wynberg in the southern suburbs of Cape Town, a 15 minute drive from the city center and a similar distance from Cape Town International Airport. Access is via the M5 motorway.
