Willoughby's has found a place in the hearts of numerous Capetonians who make it heir exclusive sushi stop. Folks queue patiently to be part of this aquamarine blur of activity but the best seat is at the heart of the operation looking onto the sushi masters. The Hot Rock ‘n Roll (tuna rolls with that spicy sprinkle and drops of sesame oil) appears frequently on this side. But there are so many paths you could follow, including the sushi chef's specials.
